At Step2, we want you to love every stride you take in our footwear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is securely sealed for transit.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
